Register

The registration fee includes:
· Access to Sessions
· Conference Materials
· Conference Dinner (except for fees where dinner is specifically not included)
· Coffee breaks and lunch box according to the congress program

Cancellations:
The ECSR 2024 Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail at ecsr2024@reedmackay.com in the event of the cancellation of the registration. Cancellation by phone call will not be accepted. Refunds will be made after the Conference.
The following cancellation conditions apply:
· Until June 13th. 2024: full refund of the registration fee
· From June 14th to August 15th: 50 % of the registration fee
· From 16 August: no refund
In case of any change in registration the organization reserves the right to charge a 30,00 € handling fee.
In case of cancellation of the event due to force majeure, the organization reserves the right to charge a 30,00 € handling fee.

Methods of Payment:
Registration fees must be paid in EUR by Credit or Debit Card
The invoice will be sent automatically to your e-mail address.
